Web-Based Email Guide

Basic Functions

1. Once you've logged in, you'll come to a page that looks like this:


Your messages will appear in the top white box, the messages in bold font are new, while the messages in italic font have already been read. Once you click on a message, it will appear down below in the second white box.

2. Across the top of the page, you'll see a toolbar:


Get Messages - Will take you to your inbox, and look for new messages.
New Message - Creates a new email message.
Search - Allows you to search your email for a specific message, sender, etc.
Address Book - The address book lets you file all of your contacts email addresses.
Calendar - Lets you list future events, and allows you to share it with your friends, or contacts.
Settings - Allows you to change your settings.

3. Down the left hand side you'll see your list of folders:

You can Add, Delete, or Modify these folders.
